Stuffed Peppers & Cauliflower Cheese


Stuffed Peppers

  • Red capsicum/ peppers
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • Bocconcini
Cauliflower Cheese
Cheese sauce:
  • 1 table spoon of butter
  • 1 table spoon of flour
  • Milk
  • Handful of grated tasty cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • Potatoes, chopped
  • Mixed dried herbs
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper


Bocconcini, red onion and cherry tomatoes (for stuffing)

Halve peppers/ capsicums

Pour cheese sauce over steamed cauliflower and sprinkle
with breadcrumbs mixed with butter and put in oven.

Add stuffing to peppers and place in 180 degree oven

Bake potatoes with a sprinkle of mixed herbs and butter in oven

Complete meal
