Vegetable Curry, Roti bread, Lemon Pickle, Cucumber Yoghurt, Carrot Salad


Ingredients


Vegetable Curry

  • Pumpkin, chopped
  • Cauliflower
  • Fresh Chili
  • Garlic, crushed
  • Potatoes, chopped
  • Coriander
  • Rojan Josh paste



Cucumber Yoghurt Salad

  • Cucumbers, sliced
  • Plain Yoghurt
  • Mint, chopped
  • Lemon Juice
  • Salt and pepper
Carrot Salad
  • Carrots, grated
  • Almond slivers, toasted
  • Coriander
  • Chili
Lemon Pickle
  • Lemon, sliced
  • Mustard seeds
  • Chili, sliced
  • Olive oil
Rice
  • Jasmine Rice
  • Cloves
  • Butter/ Olive oil
  • Water

Roti Bread
  • Plain Flour, approx 1 cup
  • Water, approx 1 cup
