Feb 19 - Triple cultural bananza meal

Roast BBQ lamb, Rocket salad with grilled Halloumi, with entree of Vegetarian Rice Paper Rolls


Rice paper rolls:

15 rice paper circular sheets
125g tofu 
1 large carrot (shredded)
1 cucumber (shredded)
1 small red chilli (finely chopped)
2 table spoons of soy sauce (approx)
Broccoli heads , approx 1/4 of a stalk
Olive oil (approx 2 table spoons)
2 cloves garlic (crushed)
1 table spoon of ginger (crushed)
Add mint (chopped finely)?
Add coriander?
Sauce - soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, chilli, garlic (crushed), ginger (crushed), lemon juice

Rocket Salad with Grilled Halloumi:

1 packet of pre-washed rocket
1 packet of pre-washed baby spinach leaves
2 Grilled and peeled red capsicum 
Approx 50g halloumi
Dressing - Olive oil, salt and pepper, whole grain mustard, lemon juice, chilli, garlic (crushed)

Roast BBQ Lamb:
Boned lamb cut with herbs
Olive Oil
