Ingredients:
- Pasta (of choice), a few handfuls
- 2 Garlic clove, crushed
- Chili paste, 1 teapsoon
- Onion, diced
- Capsicum, chopped
- Mushrooms, Sliced
- Cherry Tomatoes, sliced
- Eggplant, chopped
- Tomato sauce
- Basil Leaves, chopped
- Parsley, chopped
- Mozzarella cheese, grated on top
