Ingredients
Stuffed Peppers
- Red capsicum/ peppers
- 1 red onion, chopped
- Bocconcini
Cauliflower Cheese
Cheese sauce:
- 1 table spoon of butter
- 1 table spoon of flour
- Milk
- Handful of grated tasty cheese
- Salt and pepper
Potatoes
- Potatoes, chopped
- Mixed dried herbs
- Butter
- Salt and pepper
Method
Bocconcini, red onion and cherry tomatoes (for stuffing) |
Halve peppers/ capsicums |
Pour cheese sauce over steamed cauliflower and sprinkle with breadcrumbs mixed with butter and put in oven. |
Add stuffing to peppers and place in 180 degree oven |
Bake potatoes with a sprinkle of mixed herbs and butter in oven |
