Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Self Raising Flour
- 1 cup milk
- Sea salt
- 25g (for pan)
Method:
- Put flour into bowl and make well in centre
- Add milk and egg and mix into flour gradually
- Use whisk to even out any lumps
- Ladle a couple of spoonfuls into a hot pan with melted butter
- Turn over when bubbles appear on surface
- Serve with icing sugar and berries/ lemon juice/ melted butter
When pancake is in pan, add a few berries onto uncooked pancake side and then turn over
