Hummus - 2nd of April

Ingredients

  • 600g canned chickpeas, drained, rinsed
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 100ml olive oil
  • 2 tbs tahini paste
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • Juice of 1 lemon 
Method

  1. Put all ingredients in food processor and pulse until combined
  2. Add some water and pulse again
  3. Serve with bread
